Yes. IndentContracts processes personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013. We have appointed an Information Officer, maintain a POPIA-compliant Privacy Policy, and have Data Processing Agreements in place with all third-party service providers processing personal information on our behalf. Subscriber data is stored on South African-based infrastructure.
